K23 市内低烟无卤信号电缆
应用
该电缆用于地下铁网络中的远程控制及远程传输。该电缆可沿着最大值为1500V 的直流电气化市郊铁路线通过电缆沟,电缆桥架,或电缆钩支撑进行敷设。

结构
- 导体:铜导体,标称直径0.6/0.8/1.0/1.2mm。
绝缘:实心聚乙烯。
成缆单元:四根绝缘线绞合成一个四线组。对于1 对及4 对的电缆,导体以双绞线形式绞合。
成缆方式:四线组以同心式螺旋层绞或单元形式绞合成缆芯。
缆芯绕包:塑料带搭接缠绕。
防潮层:一层包覆有聚乙烯聚合物涂层的铝带纵向搭接缠绕,并与内护套粘接。
内护套:低烟无卤阻燃材料。
铠装:双层钢带螺旋缠绕。
外护套:低烟无卤阻燃材料。
